Walmart: My Little Library e-commerce Site

Encouraging reading time between parents and their growing toddlers, Walmart’s limited edition My Little Library box paired early learning children’s books with matching puppets and reading activity guides. As the project manager, I ensured standard security protocols that come with launching an eCommerce site were adhered to. Liaising with stakeholders, engineers, marketers, and partner distribution sites, I confirmed all requirements and scope of work were accounted for and prioritized at necessary times. During the post-launch phase, I developed an eCommerce playbook for future projects with similar needs.
